Due to the number of meals and the streamlined process, we cannot accept any substitutions.
We do offer a special Gluten Free & Plant-Based weekly meal package. Menus may differ depending on the availability of ingredients and preserving the quality of the dishes. Make sure to add the correct meal to your cart.

What is Meadowlark?
a plant-based catering and food service company located in Troy, New York.
When and where is pick up?
Thursdays from 5-7pm weekly meals can be picked up in Troy, NY at Takk House located at 55 3rd Street Troy NY 12180.
How much are the meals?
Roughly $10 per dinner. You receive five meals per order totaling $50.00 + 8% NYS sales tax. You will be responsible for supplementing two meals per week with your own cooking or dining of your choosing.
How long do the meals last?
Meals are prepared fresh and never frozen. They should be enjoyed 5 days from pickup if they remain in refrigeration. If you decide to save and freeze your meals they will stay fresh for up to 30 days.
How are they packaged?
Meals are packaged in fiber to go disposable packaging that is microwave and freezer safe.
What if I am Gluten Free?
You can purchase a gluten free & plant-based meal each week from the products section. Some menu items and ingredients are slightly different to maintain the quality of the meal.
What if I don’t like an ingredient in a weekly menu item?
Due to the nature of the process of making many meals in large quantities we are not able to make any substitutions. You will need to skip that weeks menu.
