October’s menu is all about the cozy flavors of fall!
This month’s offerings include comforting Harvest Shepherd’s Pie, creamy Chick’n Pot Pie, Pumpkin Sage Baked Ziti, a colorful Maple Dijon Harvest Bowl, and Roasted Butternut Squash & Apple Bisque.
For a special sweet treat, we’re featuring Vegan Tiramisu. It’s a warm, nourishing collection created for crisp evenings, changing leaves, and the start of comfort-food season.
A hearty filling of seasoned lentils, mushrooms, carrots, peas, and fresh herbs topped with fluffy roasted-garlic mashed potatoes and baked until golden.
Wild rice topped with roasted delicata squash, Brussels sprouts, maple-Dijon chickpeas, dried cranberries, and toasted pepitas for the perfect balance of savory and sweet.
